YES: Mourinho ready to sell these three players in January
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is looking to offload the trio of Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Daley Blind during the upcoming January transfer window.
With Manchester United
currently lagging behind Manchester City in the title race, it is widely
expected that the Red Devils will be looking to significantly strengthen their
squad during the January transfer window in order to bridge the gap between
themselves and their local rivals.
At the same time though,
manager Jose Mourinho is believed to be keen on getting rid of a number of
players as well and now according to reports from the
Metro, claims are being made that the Portuguese boss is
currently looking to offload Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Daley Blind.
All the three aforementioned
players have been tried out by Mourinho in the left-back position but as none
of them have managed to impress, the United boss has elected to use Ashley
Young as his first choice on the left side of defence.
With United now pursuing
Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose, the trio of Darmian, Shaw and Blind look
set to be made surplus to requirements at Old Trafford and the three players
are now very likely to be exiting from Old Trafford this winter.
