Gerard Pique's relationship with his international teammate Sergio Ramos is at an all-time low, according to reports in Spain.
The Barcelona defender has been vocal
about the Catalan referendum, speaking out about the police brutality and even
offering to quit Spain's national team.
He was greeted by fans
calling him an "a***hole" in Madrid on Monday night when he turned up
to train with the rest of the Spain squad.
Real Madrid's Ramos
has already spoken out about his Spain teammate, who he has in the past clashed
with, saying: "Pique's tweet was not the best thing to do if he doesn't
want to be booed.

"Everyone is free
to say what they think, although as a captain I'm always concerned about the
atmosphere in the team and Pique knew what he was doing.
"Maybe it wasn't
the right time to do that and it doesn't help a lot."

The tweet Ramos was
referring to read: "From today and until Sunday, let us express ourselves
peacefully. We do not give them any excuse.
"That's what they
want. And we sing well tall and very strong."

According to Spanish
outlet AS, Ramos' relationship with the
Barcelona man is now 'broken' beyond repair on account of everything that has
happened.
It has been reported
that the Real Madrid man is annoyed that not only did Pique ignore his response
to his tweet, but has gone on to say more on the issue.
